The 6th International Civil Engineering Congress was held on 28th December, 2013, at Karachi Expo Center.

Theme of the Congress was “Civil Engineering Issues & Future”

The Congress started from recitation of Holy Quran by Engr. Ali Sohail. Engr. Sohail Bashir, Coordinator and facilitator 6th International Civil Engineering Congress conducted the Inaugural Session of 6th International Civil Engineering Congress. Engr.Farhat Adil, Chairman, IEP Karachi Centre presented the welcome address. Engr.Ayaz Mirza, Secretary IEP Karachi Centre presented the vote of thanks.

Lt.Gen (Retd) Muhammad Zubair, HI (M) was the Chief Guest at the Inaugural Session and presented the Keynote Address titled “Neelum Jhelum Hydroelectric Project” which was highly appreciated by the participants.

Engr. Abdul Jabbar Sangi, Convener, conducted the Technical Sessions of 6th International Civil Engineering Congress

Engr. S. Jamshed Rzivi, President, IEP, Engr. Farhat Adil Chairman, IEP Karachi Centre, Engr. Ayaz Mirza, Secretary IEP Karachi Centre presented the Congress shield and memento to the Chief Guest.
