Provides Industry-Academia Liaison and lock-in for indigenous design / adaptation. In liaison with university, some projects being undertaken by final year students at university are selected. DICE provides, as agreed, its own expertise and where called for, engage outside experts too. Previously worked for utility, Ministry of Water and Power, NEPRA, IPPS.
