The Institution of Engineers Pakistan, Karachi Centre had arranged a condolence meeting to pay the tribute to Late Engr. Z. A. Nizami for all what he has done for the people of Karachi as DG Karachi Development Authority and Chancellor of University of Engineering and Technology Karachi.
Engr. Sohail Bashir was conducted the meeting, the meeting started with the recitation from the Holy Quran by Engr. Khazada and later the following Engineers paid their tribute to the departed soul. The people who contributed in paying their tribute were as follows:

- Engr. Muhammad Shafique.
- Engr. Gulzar Memon.
- Engr. Sajid Ali-Ex-MNA.
- Engr. Ayaz Mirza-Secreatry Institution of Engineers karachi Centre.
- Engr. Farrukh Nizami-Son of Late Engr. ZA Nizami
The family of Late Engr. ZA Nizami also participated in the condolence meeting. The family members who were present at the condolence meeting were as follows:

- Mrs. Shazia Nizami
All the participants paid tribute to the departed soul and things which were not known to lot of attendees about Late Engr. ZA Nizami came to picture. Engr. Suhail Bashir thank all the participant and especially to Engr. Mian Sultan Mahmood who came from Lahore especially to attend the condolence meeting.
He further concluded the meeting by praying for Engr. ZA Nizami for his magfarat and for the family members to bear this great loss.
